‘A Civic Reception’ – Wandsworth

Contacting the council regarding a perennial anti-social behaviour problem. An early ‘glitch’. Not a bad line, merely the taciturn and morose nature of the estate manager as she fails to respond to the initial greeting and then proceeds to wearily run through a repetition of what has been said before. The gulf that so often exists between ‘mission statement, accountability and the importance of feedback’, versus the reality of the haphazard (individual) human factor.
