Entering a deserted portacabin, abandoned in lieu of a (literal) move. The December morning gloom punctuated by the absence of any electrical lights, or power. Stacked furniture, empty desks. A place where workers have endured both extreme heat and cold throughout the seasons, such is the design of these temporary spaces. Now a uniform temperature and light level hang in the darkened corridor. A sterile environment with a fabric that seems to hold no history, just a recent removal.
