Heading east and noting a group of men standing by the river wall with tripods and expensive cameras. Their profile (equipment, age, dress etc..) perhaps suggesting they were ‘gentlemen of the press’. On reflection (no pun) the morning sun prompting a revision of this theory. Capturing the light with shutter speed, as JMW would have done on paper and later canvas.
‘Upping The Ante’ – Millbank, SW1
A cyclist dressed in olive and black and sporting two cameras (one on his helmet, the other secured at the handlebars with a ‘selfie stick’). An attire that might suggest a covert military operation rather than the potential perils of a commute to work.
