‘A State Education’ – Richmond

A small boy walking with his parents past a ‘memorial bench’ by the river. A discussion ensues about the length of time the deceased lived (1969-2006). Further along they pass a man sitting on the path with a cap in front of him. The boy comments on his (homeless) status and asks whether he needs money. The Sunday stroll as education visit.
