‘A Different Span’ – Lambeth Bridge (1755)

Heading from south to north. Bookends on both banks in the form of a junction box, its doors secured with blue nylon rope, and a trio of concrete slabs placed on the tarmac. The road now slightly narrowed with the installation of a continuous metal barrier on the west side. A sidestep from the traditional roadblock in this age of asymmetric aggression.
