A group of railway staff (dressed in vivid red) being trained at various points around the station. The art of customer (not passenger) care and operating procedures for a defibrillator and a wheelchair ramp. A bygone era of brewing tea, sweeping the platform and pushing a porter’s trolley now gathering moss in the proverbial sidings.
